NANDA's basic minimim technical requirements are as follows (Minimim technical requirements may be flexible depending on the nature of your event):

A clean stage that’s out of the weather and clear of any debris or unwanted equipment such as cables, splinters, dirt, feathers, random mic stands…basically anything that might impair the flying, flipping mayhem that is NANDA. 

Minimum stage dimensions:

Width: 28 ft. -from the nearest object at stage right to the nearest object at stage left.

Depth: 25 ft. -from the foot of the stage to the nearest object at up-stage.

Height: 16ft. -from the stage surface (not the ground) to the nearest object directly above (like lights). 

A full on big old soundsystem is a must have. Full stage lighting isn't a bad idea either.
